Gary Waylett
Managing Director and Founder
As a founding partner of the Eclipse Computing Group, Gary was responsible for establishing the business consultancy teams at Eclipse offices in the UK, Europe, US and Japan, and has overall responsibility for Eclipse operations in Europe and the US.
Gary has more than 20 years experience working with multi-national organisations helping them to develop and implement clear strategies on how to manage and deploy corporate business and financial/management accounting/reporting solutions, both regionally and internationally. Over this period, Gary has developed specific expertise in the PR/Media, consulting, research and service industries.
Gary enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, and is a keen cricketer!
Paul Waylett
Client Services Director and Founder
Paul is a founding partner of Eclipse Computing and has extensive experience in assisting international organisations in varied business sectors select, implement and manage financial and operational systems.
He has worked as an executive in the Tokyo, New York and Bangkok offices of the company and has been directly involved in many of the global system rollouts for our clients.
Prior to forming Eclipse, Paul held IT and Software Development related positions in Japan for Hitachi Corporation and in the UK for The London Stock Exchange and CMG Computer Management Group.
In his spare time Paul is interested in studying foreign languages and speaks Japanese and some Thai.
Joe Lerro
President, Eclipse Computing Inc.
Joe joined Eclipse in 1999 to launch their Microsoft Dynamics practice in the US. His background includes 30 years in Accounting and IT related work. Graduating with a BS in Accounting, Joe began his career working for a Worldwide Commercial Bank on Wall Street. He earned his Master’s degree in IT while heading a large technology and development department. Joe spent 12 years working for an two international software companies where he managed several Consulting, Sales and Marketing disciplines.
Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. He is active in the community where he has been the director for youth sports clubs for the past 18 years. He enjoys jogging, hiking and spending his spare time outdoors.
Luuk Dammerman
Financial Director
Luuk joined Eclipse in 1994 having spent 5 years as an interim Finance Manager for both large and small international companies. Prior to becoming the Finance Director at Eclipse two years ago, Luuk was heavily involved in International Consultancy heading up the Eclipse Netherlands Office. Luuk recently got married and enjoys spending time with his new wife as well as motor biking, reading and picking up his reiki interest again.
Sarah Price
Operations Director
Through Sarah's 10 years in the financial and accounting software industry she has encompassed working directly with authors as well as partner organisations, in various roles to support client services.
Sarah joined Eclipse at the beginning of 2007 and enjoy's working closely with every team member at Eclipse. Her core objectives are to enable employees to exceed client expectations through effecient processes, and to make sure that Eclipse remains a great place to work.
As an Ironman competitor / triathlete, when Sarah's not working she can be found swimming, cycling or running in all weathers - or out walking the dogs with her husband.
Linda Scott
Support Manager
Linda has a wealth of experience working with Great Plains/Dynamics for over a decade. Prior to joining Eclipse in December 2006, Linda worked as a Senior Support Consultant, and previously as an end-user. Having experienced life as an end-user in a multi-national company, Linda is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and ensuring that client issues are dealt with as efficiently and speedily as possible.
Away from work, Linda has a keen interest in rugby and enjoys swimming, power-walking and socialising.
