To gain a better understanding of our clients’ businesses, processes and system usage and as part of the annual support and maintenance contract we offer our existing clients Strategic Application Reviews. These reviews are comprised of:
- ½ day client site visit – am Interviews with key staff
- ½ day report preparation – pm Document outlining key recommendations
These reviews can assist with Identifying processes/systems that are working effectively, Identifying areas of risk and Offering recommendations for improvement.
The Frequency of these reviews is dependent upon the requirements of the client and can be quarterly, semi-annually, and annually.
