The IDM database can store any type of document (contracts/POs/invoices etc.) and links the document to a record or transaction within any Infor application, such as SunSystems or Infor Enterprise Performance Management (Infor EPM).
IDM consolidates all business documents and ensures that common practices around governing the permissions around documents are always enforced. It is powered by Ephesoft® Smart Capture™ Technology to bring optical character recognition (OCR) and intelligent character recognition (ICR) capabilities.
Infor Ming.le
Infor Ming.le is a centralised collaboration portal with contextual analytics. It provides tools for team collaboration, business process improvement and contextual analytics. Infor Ming.le is embedded within other business applications with single sign-on for all Infor CloudSuite applications.
Users can create personalised homepages tailored to their roles and share screens, data and attachments. The solution provides a common workflow, organising conversations into streams across a business enterprise.
