As part of our ongoing improvements to our support service, we are delighted to launch the Eclipse Support Portal.
The Eclipse Support Portal provides our clients with the opportunity to be able to log, monitor and update support cases in a self-service manner.
The Portal provides an additional option for contacting the Eclipse support team, alongside the existing telephone and email helpdesk methods, which remain available.
We will be closely monitoring this new method of raising and updating cases and hope it will prove a useful alternative for contacting the Eclipse support team.
