Back last year as part of our ongoing improvements to our support service we launched the Eclipse Support Portal. The Support Portal provides an additional option for contacting the Eclipse support team, as clients can log, monitor and update support cases in a self-service manner.
This week we are delighted to launch the Support Portal Knowledge Base. The Knowledge Base enhances our Support Portal service by providing a means for clients to search for potential solutions to their support cases. We currently have over 200 solutions available for clients to search through and this number is quickly growing. The solutions cover our range of business management systems, from Infor SunSystems and Infor Query & Analysis (Vision) through to PROACTIS.
We encourage our clients to start using the Knowledge Base within our Support Portal in order to quickly check for solutions to their cases.
