Eclipse India is a subsidiary of The Eclipse Group, providing:

• Infor SunSystems Cloud implementation and cloud migration services
• Implementation and integration with Infor OS and other cloud and on-premise products
• Upgrade services to the latest version of Infor OS (on-premise and cloud)
• Custom integrations with other ERP and business management products
  
  

About the Role:

The opportunity has arisen for an Infor SunSystems Consultant to join our global consultancy team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of client projects, covering the implementation and deployment of one of the world's market leading leading financial management solutions, Infor SunSystems.

They will be part of our global consultancy team and report to Madhur Subhash, Managing Director of Eclipse India. The successful candidate will work on both new and existing projects and assist in providing support for our clients.

Job Location: Remote

Details of Work: 8 hours / 5 days a week, based on rotation.

Infor SunSystems Consultant Responsibilities...

• Work closely with experienced consultants providing business requirements analysis, system design, configuration and training services for a variety of clients.
• Assist with the implementation and deployment of Infor SunSystems (on-premise and SunSystems Cloud).
• As competency develops, take responsibility for specific deliverables including software installation and configuration, customisation and user acceptance testing.
• Provide system integration, data migration, user training and go-live support services throughout the complete project life cycle.
• The role also involves accepting and resolving support tickets, maintaining SLAs, and a high level of client communication.
  
  

The Candidate Will…

This role is ideally suited to someone who is looking to kick start their career in IT Consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new subsidiary company and make an impact.

The successful candidate should have:

• 2-3 years’ experience of working with SunSystems and Infor Q&A (either in a technical role, application or support-based role)
• A distinct interest in software programming, business intelligence, client-facing roles.
• Some experience of writing software applications/ web integrations.
• Knowledge of any software language and relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server would be advantageous.
• A willingness to learn quickly, go the extra mile and spend time on self-improvement.
  
  

Additional technical skills:

• Database – a good knowledge of databases (ideally, MS SQL queries)
• Front-end programming – any front-end programming language (HTML, CSS)
• API knowledge
• Technical problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently
